A financial advisor can mean hundreds of different things. This is what my job and many roles mean to me:
- A trusted friend to help find answers to tough questions
- A coach for planning future goals
- A teacher for a wide range of financial topics
- A fortified resource for major life decisions
- A dependable relationship for years to come.
Some of the big questions that I help my clients with include: “Am I saving enough to achieve my goals and successfully fund my anticipated retirement? How should I save for my children’s college without sacrificing my own retirement savings? How can I best protect my retirement savings as I approach the end of my career?”
I chose to become a financial advisor to help individuals and families pinpoint the paths to their many personal goals. As a trustworthy and diligent advisor, I set out to bring financial confidence to young families, career professionals, and self-starters. My clients come to me for clarity on how to pursue their goals with greater levels of confidence, also because I work just as hard for them as they work for their own family.
At the beginning of a lifelong trust-based relationship, it’s truly important to me to learn about every client’s situation. The things that matter most to them, matter to me. Their personal interests, values, and goals go beyond the financial aspects of a holistic plan, and I must ensure my clients give attention to having fun, creating memories, living healthy, happy and confidently. These goals make life prosperous.
I graduated from Washington State University, and received a Bachelor of Science in Economic Sciences, with specialization in Financial Markets. Originally from the Seattle area, I live in Bellevue, and am happily building my career in this region.
WestStar’s community outreach program has allowed me to support many different activities around the greater Seattle area. Some events I’ve contributed to include 5k runs, marathons, festivals, conventions, holiday gatherings, community markets, and school events.
Outside of working in the office and the community, you can find me rooting for the WSU Cougars, watching Seahawks games, and following several different soccer teams. While enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest scenery, golf is my favorite outdoor activity, with recreational soccer and tennis following right behind.
My favorite beer is Fremont’s Lush IPA. My go-to morning drink is a homemade iced vanilla latte. My walk to work is exactly 7 minutes. I’m an avid Tottenham Hotspur supporter – it’s a constant love/hate relationship. I play both Fantasy Football (NFL) and Fantasy Fútbol (EPL). I’m currently trying to learn Italian. Three cites I want to visit next are Paris, Barcelona, and Amsterdam.
